Cosy alpine chalet, rustically furnished, between Montblanc mountain and the Genfer Lake, stunning panorama view of the valley with a view of the 3000 m high mountains, balcony / terrace, peaceful location, large property, private parking space, for summer and winter holiday (fantastic ski region with more than 260 km of slopes and cross country trails). Le Cazot is located near a 6 km long ski descent. Ideal hiking region. The city centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Apartment on the top floor - 42 m² - for 4 people - with living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, etc.).
