This romantic residence offers 110m² of comfortable living space. At the groundfloor it provides a spacious living and dining area with fire place, cosy armchair, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine etc. and guest toilet. At the first floor there are 2 wide bedrooms, one with a third 'daybed', bath room with tub, shower, bidet, wc and floor heating. The cosy cottage was completely renovated in late 2008 in a very personal and premium style and with lovely details like paintings, antiques etc. A large garden (1500m²) with a diversity of garden furniture invites to relax. The backwater 'Stettiner Haff' with its banks, beach, small bathing area and harbour is in 1200m walking distance. Seaside resorts like Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin in about 12km distance where the houseowned roofed wicker beach chair ist positioned at the beachfront. Bakery, bike rental outlet in about 500m walking distance.

Usedom, second largest island in the Baltic Sea, is located in the northern east of Germany. Approximately 40 kilometres of precious sandy beaches at the waterside offer a lot of possibilities. Here you can find plenty of ideas about interesting things to do as well as in the charming back-country, especially for nature-lovers. The well-known seaside resorts Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin tie in their fine traditions of Wilhelminian style and invite the guests to stay. The small village of Stolpe lies at the northern shore of the 'Stettiner Haff'(backwater) in the middle of the nature park of the isle of Usedom. The small castle from the 13th century of the noble family of Schwerin with its concerts, exhibitions and guided tours offers a nice alternation. The small lake next to the little church completes the romantic expression of this little village.

Wohlfühl-Ambiente pur!

Die Kuschelkate bietet eine rundum schöne Atmosphäre, in welcher Entspannung und Erholung nicht zu kurz kommen.

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Alle Räume sind hell und freundlich, was uns sehr gut gefiel – vor allem in den Schlafräumen und im Wohnzimmer (mit Kamin für gemütliche Abende!)
Besonders schön ist auch der große Sessel, in welchem man beispielsweise in Ruhe ein gutes Buch lesen oder einfach entspannen kann – genauso wie der eigene Strandkorb, der bei gutem Wetter einfach traumhaft ist!

Aber nicht nur das Haus an sich trägt zur Erholung bei.
Gerade Asthmatiker und/oder Allergiker wie ich können hier in der Umgebung „durchatmen“ und den Urlaub richtig genießen.

Beeindruckt waren wir persönlich auch von den zwei 18 Loch Golfplätzenam naheliegenden Balmer See, sowie den Übungsplatz mit 9 – Loch. (Es gibt verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade - super für Fortgeschrittene und Anfänger, die zusammen spielen wollen - wie wir)

Insgesamt hatten wir in der Kuschelkate einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit großem Wohlfühl-Ambiente und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten mit einem befreundeten Paar Gelegenheit, vier wunderbare Tage zu Pfingsten 2009 in der "Kuschelkate" zu verbringen. Alle Angaben des Inserates stimmen zu 100%. Äußerst geschmackvoll, vollständig und großzügig eingerichtet. Das Haus verströmt Persönlichkeit. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die beauftragte Nachbarin, wie auch im Vorfeld und Nachgang durch die Vermieter über Mail und Telefon waren perfekt. Wir werden und haben das Haus im Freundeskreis bereits weiterempfohlen.

Ruhig gelegenes, sehr schön modernisiertes Ferienhaus (Neubaustandard) mit absolutem Erholungscharakter, sehr, sehr gemütlich, hoher Wohnkomfort mit zwei sehr schönen Schlafzimmer, herrlichem Wohnbereich, sehr schönes Bad, einfach zum "Wohlfühlen und Erholen", auch der Standort abseits der "Touristenströme", ca 25 km von Ahlbeck ideal, klasse Ausgangsort für Radtouren Ausflüge und Wanderungen, herrliche Luft zum "Durchatmen", schöner Garten lädt zum Grillen und Kaffee-Trinken ein (Terrasse)
