Rental property holiday home in the urbanisation "Mas Isac"in Palau Saverdera / Gerona in the Calle Holanda 9. The property measures about 1000 m², is completely enclosed, is located on a peaceful side street where there is no through traffic, in a small urbanisation with about 250 houses located on a mountain slope that belongs to the final foothills of the Pyrenees. A spacious entrance leads to the holiday home and the garage with an electric gate. The holiday apartment measures about 85 m² and includes 3 bedrooms (each with double bed and closet),2 bathrooms, an open American kitchen and a cosy living-dining room with fireplace. From the living room you can get to the porch (covered terrace) that measures about 45 m² and goes around half of the house. From here you will have a stunning view of the bay of Roses, Ampuria Brava, the stunning nature park of Aiguamolls and the far reaching sea.

In the village of Palau Saverdera you will find 2 small, well-equipped supermarkets for quick shopping, a bakery, a lot of small cosy restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a beautiful public swimming pool and a lot more. In a 4 minute drive you can get to the water park and all large supermarkets and four streets further you will already find the beautiful, long beach of Roses or Santa Margarita.
