The villa has a breath-taking living room on the top floor with an open balcony location and direct access to the patios and pool area. The Mediterranean garden is perfectly groomed and invites you to go sun bathing or relax in shade. The crescent shaped pool has a size of 8 x 5 m. The open, spacious kitchen with an integrated bar and a lot of space allows even ambitious cooks to try out Mediterranean cuisine. You can serve on the patio or in the dining room. The large table offers you and your guests a lot of room. In the sitting area, you can sit down and enjoy the LCD TV with DVDs or music. All bathrooms have high-quality furnishing and offer outstanding comfort. The bedrooms are equipped cozily in a Mediterranean style and make it possible for you to always have a comfortable sleep through the shade, heating and air-conditioning.

Good restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. 5 minute drive to Cala D'Or with a perfect tourism infrastructure, nightlife and beaches. 15 minute drive to the Vall d'Or golf course.

All rooms are equipped with central heating, air conditioning and electric blinds. Bathroom 1: en suite with bedroom 1 with WC, bidet, bathtub/shower* Bathroom 2: WC, shower* Bathroom 3: WC, shower. All bathrooms are equipped with a towel dryer. Very spacious kitchen with full equipment, glass ceramics, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bed sheets, towels, washing machine, and iron available Towels for bath and pool are included. For beaches please bring your own.

Familie mit drei Kindern (17, 20 und 22 Jahre) und Zwergrauhaardackel Bodo verlebte Anfang Juli 2009 in der Villa „Sa Preciosa“ einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. Noch nie hatten wir so ein gut und vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.
Wir haben uns in dieser großzügigen und komfortablen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter für die perfekte Betreuung!

Ein spanischer Traum

Ein schöneres Feriendomizil lässt sich wohl kaum finden ! Wir hatten jeglichen Luxus - einen Pool mit Außendusche, eine super ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player mit vielen Filmen, herrliche Betten und Bäder, einen wunderschön angelegten Garten.
Hinzu kommt noch das reizende Städtchen Porto Petro, das uns bei Restaurantbesuchen auch preislich positiv überrascht hat. Mit einem Mietwagen lässt sich die ganze Insel erkunden.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und können dieses Domizil nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Herzlichen Dank auch der liebevollen Betreuung durch die Eigentümer !
