Our apartment house is located at the foot of the Hohen Munde in the middle of green. Far from the street you can enjoy a stunning view of the unobstructed landscape. We are located at the entrance of the alpine paradise of Gaistal. Countless hiking, mountain and mountain biking tours can be started directly from our house without having to use your car. During the winter, the cross country and skating trails lead directly past the house, where you will find 262 km of the best prepared slopes. Shopping options and restaurants can be reached in a 5 minute walk. For the individual holiday fun with the entire family or with friends, the house is the ideal domicile. We look forward to welcoming you as guest!

Breathe in in the Leutasch Valley at 1130 m above sea level in stunning nature and good air. The hiking paradise of the Luetasch Valley offers 450 km of hiking paths on 28 alpine pastures - also ideal for seniors and children. Countless hiking, mountain and mountain biking tours await you. For children, there is the fun park Leutasch and a great children's program during the summer. During the winter, Leutasch offers the largest cross country centre of the alps (230 km olympic slopes). Furthermore, we have 4 ski lifts with a ski school in Seefeld-Leutasch. Particularly popular is also our closeness to the captiol of Innsburck with the old city to stroll through, the royal palaces in Bavaria and the crystal worlds in Watten.
