Photos and Description of this Calonge holiday chateau / country house 6 km from the ocean on the south east coast, quiet location, beautiful view

Chocolate is a villa that is only 6 km from the ocean and it is surround by a large garden. The entryway lead directly to a very spacious living room with an open hearth and closed-in fireplace. The furnishings are tasteful and friendly. The large kitchen is well-equipped and has direct access to the grilling area on the terrace that stretches the full length of the house. A romantic dining room is perfect for enjoying culinary delights and has a beautiful view of the garden and landscape. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, they have air conditioning and each has a bathroom w/ shower en suite. The 4th bedroom is on the top floor, it also has a shower room en suite, access to and winter and roof terrace. The villa has a conservatory that is off of the living room and on rainy day it is a wonderful alternative. The garden has wonderful sunny and shady spots and a kidney-shaped pool that promises to cool you off.

Villa Chocolate is in the country about 1.5 km from the small village of Calonge. There is a beautiful view of the Majorcan landscape, from the top floor all the way to the ocean. The good location is unique. There are romantic restaurants, a supermarket, pubs and banks in the small village of Calonge. Cala D'Or is only 5 km away and the wonderful south east coast, famous for its numerous coves with crystal clear water. The gorgeous nature reserve Mondragó is about 10 min away by car and has white sand beaches and stone pine forests with shaded picnic spots. The famous Vall D'Or golf course is only 5 min away by car for golf lovers. The small market towns of Santanyi and Felanitx are 10 km away, as well as the small harbour cities of Portocolom and Portopetro with romantic restaurants right on the ocean. You can hike toward the inland on many field paths, where Majorca still shows its original side.
