The apartment is located on the edge of the city of Capdepera. The famous city is located about 1.5 km from Cala Ratjada and offers supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and Spanish flair. Top beaches like Cala Agula, Cala Mesquida and Canyamel are located nearby. The apartment has stylish furnishing in a loft style. Large living room (42 m²) with a large living room area, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen with all amenities, south-facing balcony, roof terrace (18 m²), open bathtub on the top floor, walk-in closet, etc. Apartment was furnished with a lot of attention paid to detail. German digital TV in the living room and the top floor. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. We recommend a rental car!

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Capdepera

Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die obere Etage mit eigener Dachterasse und Blick auf die Burg von Capdepera. Hier kann man den Tag gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen und morgens in der Sonne beim Frühstücken den Tag planen. Unbedingt sollte man die Burg besichtigen, man wird mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt. Einen zusätzlichen Balkon gibt es in der ersten Etage, so kann man je nach Wunsch in der Sonne oder im Schatten relaxen
.
Unsere Freunde die uns am Wochenende besucht haben waren von dem Gästetrack mit eigenem Bad (Wohnung in Wohnung) begeistert. So hatte jeder auch seine Privatsphäre.

Capdepera ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort. Einige nette Cafes, gute Restaurants (besonders der Italiener auf dem Dorfplatz), Bäckerei und die Drogerie Müller sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir haben in der Wohnung wirklich nichts vermisst. Besonders die gute Küchenausstattung ist erwähnenswert. Selbst bei schlechten Wetter, wir hatten leider zwei Tage Regen, kann man sich gut beschäftigen (SAT-TV, DVD Recorder + Filme, Bücher und Playstation incl. diverse Spiele vorhanden).

Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns nochmals bei Markus u. Jessica für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumhaft!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und ich kann sie ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen!
Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist wirklich 1A!

Traum Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Waren zwei Wochen im März in der Wohnung. Alles in gutem Zustand, obere Etage ist ein Traum mit eigener Dachterasse, offener Badewanne und Blick auf die Burg von Capdepera! Zu Fuss kann man gut den Ortskern erreichen wo es einige nette Cafes und Restaurants gibt! Es gibt Digitales SAT TV oben und unten eine Musikanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Wir waren sehr zufrieden auch mit dem netten Kontakt zum Vermieter der uns noch nützliche Tips gegeben hat! Wir kommen wieder!
