Quietly located in a cul-de-sac in the Yacht Club Area, our 180 m² house with all amenities making your holiday memorable. Our Villa was build in 2004, the large west-facing pool area with a lovely electric-heated pool is new. There is enough space for stretching out in the sunshine and lurking in the pool while enjoying the sunset. The canal at the 1,000 m² property leads you directly to the Caloosahatchee River..

If you want you can rent an boat which brings you in an few minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Our house is located in the Yacht Club area next to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers and last but not least it is near the bridge which leads to Ft. Myers.

Well maintained property only a few years old in a quiet neighborhood. We found the furnishings very comfortable and enjoyed walking in the area. The location is ideal for both shopping and sightseeing.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus bietet – wie beschrieben – alle Annehmlichkeiten. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen, egal ob Handtücher, Geschirr, Töpfe, Schüsseln ..., alles ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, die Selbstverpflegung somit kein Problem. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, auch Bücher und DVD`s – falls man wirklich einmal etwas Zeit innerhalb des Hauses verbringen möchte - sind vorhanden. Wer Lust auf ein wenig sportliche Betätigung hat, kann sich auf die vorhandenen Räder schwingen. Man fühlt sich einfach sofort wie zu Hause.
Am Pool zu liegen, zu schwimmen oder nur auf der Luftmatratze zu treiben, dazu blauer Himmel und Palmen, was will man mehr.
Die Lage ist absolut klasse, ruhig gelegen und zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Gern hätten wir unseren Urlaub verlängert.

Übrigens noch ein Tipp an die, die sich bisher noch nicht „getraut“ haben. Unsere Hochzeit in der Villa del Mar war ein besonderes Ereignis – für uns und unsere Gäste. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Unser Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist mit seiner Traumlage der ideale Urlaubsort in Cape Coral. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer netten Nachbarschaft und trotzdem zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen.
Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern unterwegs, die Räumlichkeiten sind mehr als großzügig, alles super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Kontakt vor dem Urlaub war sehr nett und die Hausverwalterin sehr bemüht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können den nächsten Urlaub voller Vorfreude kaum erwarten.

Sehr schöne Pool Villa in Top Lage !

Wir waren nur 2 Personen (40 Jahre alt) und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, die Ausstattung ist komplett, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, Fahrräder und Strandliegen vorhanden, 6 Poolliegen, gute Klimaanlage im Haus, alles sehr groß. Man kann ruhig mit z.B. 2 Pärchen in dem Haus wohnen oder auch eine Familie mit Kindern, alles sehr größzügig. Gute Lage (Süd Osten von Cape Coral), sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Fort Myers, zur Brücke sind es nur 5 Minuten, zum Strand Fort Myers Beach Fahrzeit ca. 20 Minuten, Einkaufen, Restaurants alles in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder, weil wir uns einfach gut erholt haben.
