La Cantina is a wonderful holiday cottage, situated in the middle of nature with stunning views to chestnut woods and olive groves, the early medieval Castella villages Vellano and Aramo. Henry & Nelly, your hosts will do everything to make you feel at home right away. Mostly our guests are friends from friends and relatives from relatives. But also every year we do have new guests. We are at half an hour drive from Lucca, above Pescia.

Pescia is a small town, about 7 km. from La Cantina, with on Saturday a market on the Piazza Mazzini. It has got a train and bus station, several supermarkets and banks. By train or bus Lucca and Florence are good at reach: Lucca half an hour, centre of Florence one hour. Pisa 45 min. by train/car.

Notes: La Cantina is composed of a groundfloor and a first floor. Entering the house you come into the living-dining room with open luxury kitchen. Next to it you will find the bathroom and next to it a little room with washing machine and cleaning utensils (vacuum cleaner, brooms, ironing board). From the living room there is a staircase that brings you into the bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. From the bedroom there is a door that brings you to the back terrace. Around the house there is plenty of space to sit around and enjoy stunning vieuws on f.e. two early mediaeval Castella-villages and olive and chestnut trees.

Eines unserer schönsten Feriendomizile. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafte Lage mit absoluter Ruhe. Alle Angaben treffen 100% zu. Die Gastgeber, Henri und Nelly sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen im nächten Jahr wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen zu können.

Leider konnten wir dieses Häuschen nur eine Woche lang geniessen- viel zu kurz! Wer eine schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage und mit netten Gastgebern sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, die Lage für Ausflüge perfekt. Man ist ständig hin- und hergerissen: Entweder " die Seele baumeln lassen" und das Haus geniessen, oder die wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden! Wir kommen gerne wieder, KBL und RS
