This massively built villa was completed in 2008 and is situated in the Yacht Club Area of Cape Coral. The residence lies on a 1000 sqm plot in a very nice neighborhood, with tropical plants around. Situated on a intersecting saltwater canal with quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Three comfortable bedrooms and an den with a sofa bed, 240 sqm living space, about 120 sqm terrace and a big pool of 9 x 5 m offer enough space for 2 to 8 people and a dream holiday. In order to enable you to enjoy the water temperature at any season, the pool and spa is electrically heated. Boat dock and lift: The way through the garden leads you directly to the boat dock with lift and sun deck where a fantastic cabin cruiser is waiting for you. The YACHT is free and at your sole disposal. Crownline 270 CR Cruiser: The boat offers enough space for ten people. You can do fantastic boating tours to the most beautiful beaches our area has to offer such as Sanibel and Captiva Island.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
