The very beautiful and quietly located 120 m² house is on a 7800 m² property with raised pool and it has very comfort you could expect on holiday. You can pick your own melons, paprika, tomatoes etc from the private vegetable garden. Rented per week. Open year-round, also winter rental (central heating + fireplace). During the peak season (May-Sept.) arrival day = Saturday. Arrival time: 3:00pm Departure time: 10:00am. Please understand that we need this time in order to prepare the house for the next guests. During the off-season (Oct.-April), the arrival and departure days / times are a little more flexible. We recommend you book early.

Nearest Beach: beach at 12 Kilometres

The house is located between Manacor and Felanitx. It is 3 km from Manacor and 7 km from Felanitx. The weekly markets: Manacor: Monday, Felanitx: Sunday. There are beautiful places to hike, especially the route from Felanitx to the San Salvador view point. Distance to ocean: Porto Cristo 15 km, Port de Colom 20 km, Calas de Mallorca 12 km.

  • Upon request: Central heating 100 Euro per week. Reservation conditions: 50% down upon booking, 40% six weeks before arrival. The remaining amount and 200 Euro deposit due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full as long as no damage is found. These prices are for a stay of at least 5 people. 10 Euro/night extra for each additional person.
