The house ' Sun terrace at the Gattererberg' was finished in 2008 and was built a approx. 950 square meter large property. It is on the sun side of the Zillertal and has a fantastic view of the mountains and also far towards the beautiful Zillertal. Here is a flat available in the upper floor with approx. 110 square meter. Over the entire house length, the architectural style of the balcony pulls itself in the Zillertaler. At the center of the dwelling is the large lounge. Here the modern kitchen is on one side; it is completely equipped. The dwelling has 3 completely furnished bedrooms: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with double bed and bunk bed and 1 room with double bed and single bed. Here also still another cradle can be set up. The bathroom is roomy. Here are a bath tub, a shower, WC and 2 wash basins. Additionally it gives a second separate WC. Towels and bedlinen are sufficiently present.

It takes a good hour to get to Zillertal from Munich. Zillertal has 5 large ski regions. Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal - Hochfügen, Fügen-Spieljoch, Zillertal-Arena Zell-Gerlos, Zillertal 3000: from Maryhofen - Schwendau to Hintertux (Glacial ski area of the year 2006) with a total of 600 kilometres of trails and more than 174 lifts. The ski region of Hochzillertal can be reached in about 5 minutes from here with the free ski-bus. Since 2004, a merger with the ski region of Hochfügen has occurred. Thus, you now have more of a selection of trails then ever before.
