Cordially welcome to our country villa „Il Pozzeto“. In the 17th century a hermitage of St. Francis pilgrims Il Pozzeto is today a typically Tuscan charming country villa with modern comfort. Situated on a hill, absolutely calm with a breath-taking view on the surrounding hills and the Tiber Valley. The villa is divided into 8 apartments equipped with sleeping room, living room with integrated kitchen and two sleeping places (or one double bed), bathroom with shower, sat-TV, phone and internet access. The rooms are furnished in Tuscan style. A chimney room and a piano are available. There are also a big dining room with kitchen and a loggia for dining 'al fresco'. You may enjoy the big panoramic pool (barbecue and pizza oven nearby). There are wonderful corners in the Mediterranean garden to relax. There you are amongst cypresses, olive trees and flourishing flowers. A real paradise for groups, families, seminars and weddings (a wedding chapel is nearby).

Cordially welcome to the apartment „Arezzo“ in the Tuscan country villa „Il Pozzeto“. The apartment in Tuscan style has two rooms: a cosy double bed room and a sleeping and living room with a kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower, wc and “bidet”. Satellite tv is available. The sunny apartment has its access from the garden. There is a big living room with a fireplace and a piano which is available for all guests. At the pool with panorama (with toilet and shower) there is a barbecue and a pizza oven which can be used. You may relax in one of the calm corners in the garden surrounded by flourishing flowers, cypresses, olive trees. Enjoy the panorama and Tuscany at a historical place.

There are a lot of festivals and concerts in summer in Tuscany and the region nearby. Towns as Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena and Florence etc. are attractive for excursions.

Or you may marry in one of the five churches or the town hall in the historical center of Anghiari. There is enough space for your wedding guests.
