Large swimming pool with covered terrace, BBQ, beautiful Mediterranean garden. Stunning views over the countryside and to the sea. The interior is decorated with high quality furniture and has a bright and friendly atmosphere. The capital Palma and the international airport can be reached in about 45 minutes.

Alqueria Blanca is a lovely village. Its small Plaza is surrounded by bars, restaurants, a gallery, small shops and the Real Estate Lucie Hauri. The weekly market takes place on Tuesdays and offers a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables. Porto Petro is a small fishing village with a little yacht harbour. Sitting in one of the many restaurants along the waterfront you can enjoy the wonderful view over the bay and the sea. Besides the old main part there is a beautiful and calm residential area of high standard. Santanyí offers various shopping facilities, good restaurants and bars. A weekly market takes place in the old centre of the town every Wednesday and Saturday. Only approx. 10 minutes drive away are many beautiful beaches and 15 minutes the 18-hole golf course 'Vall d'Or'. The capital Palma and the international airport can be reached in about 45 minutes.

  • The rental fee includes change of bed sheets and towels as well as a cleaning after the first week. Electricity, gas, water and central heating consumption, pool and garden maintenance are also covered. The final cleaning is charged individually, it is a lump sum of 100,00 €.
  • For a binding reservation a down payment is required, only after receipt of this down payment we can confirm the booking. The balance is due in cash when we hand you the key on your arrival. By cancelation there will be always a charge of 100€ administration costs.If you cancel your reservation until 91 days before arrival 10% of the total rent, 90_61 days before arrival 25% of the total rent, 60-31 days before arrival 50% of the total rent, less then 31 days before arrival 80% of the total rent .

The apartments are less than 5 minutes drive to the well known Vall d'Or Golf Club. Vall d'Or is an 18-hole golf course par 71, 5.539 m long from white tees. It combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second round. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider and more uneven fairways that go down towards the coast. The greens, protected by bunkers, welcome all approach shots. It is an average-difficulty golf course but quite entertaining, and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
