The house is located on the southern slope in the recognized relaxation city of Nordhalben. From here you will have a stunning view above the heights of the Franken Forest. A half-timbered house built in 1998 has a cottage kitchen with a dishwasher, all comforts that you could only wish for. The old sitting corner in a traditional style and the tiled stove with a bench invite you to unwind. In the living room with TV 8 guests find enough space. The balcony on the southern slope also invites you to go sunbathing along with the terrace in the garden. 4 newly furnished bedrooms (1 room with loft) offer enough space for 8 people. 2 bathrooms and 2 additional WC keep you from standing in line for your daily care. Relax in the sauna and celebrate in the party room as you wish. You may smoke here. The garden is equipped with a grill and play tower (starting in 2009) and a slide. The natural museum, the clapper school, natural swimming pool, Ködel Valley, more images on request.

In the clapper school you can learn old handcrafts, drive to the old state border with special vehicles along the death strip, enjoy a ride with the old steam boat through the Rodach Valley, play in the natural pool with your children, there is also a playground, ride your bike through the forests or even simpler, to the Ködel valley, hike as you wish, go skiing and drink some hunter's tea at a lodge, go on the 23 km of cross country trails with the corresponding snow conditions, visit the fortress Rosenberg in Kronach, prove your skills on the Nordic walking path with panorama trail, bowl in the Nordwaldhalle with federal lanes, horse riding with the family on the 'Stone Ranch', use the option to go gliding over Thüringen and Bavaria, even sport fishers can try their luck in the Rodachtal with the correct certificates, it will never be boring here.

Motorcycle paths: Never-ending long paths with minimum traffic lead through the middle mountain region. Just cruise in all comfort through forests and cleaner landscapes.

Mountain biking: Here you can drive through forests and meadows if you wish. Marked paths always lead to the destination.

Ski: In Nordhalben you will find a ski lift and a descent. You also have the option of cross country skiing. There are countless slopes around.

Golf: There are 2 golf courses about 30 km away.

Die "Betreuung" war sehr gut, immer war jemand erreichbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Wir hatten ein schönes Spielewochenende mit Freunden in diesem schönen und wirklich perfekt ausgestatteten Haus! Wir haben nichts vermisst - außer vielleicht ein bisschen freundlicheres Wetter!

Von der ersten Minute an ist Wohlfühlen angesagt. Das liegt zum Einen an der überaus herzlichen Betreuung vor Ort und dem sehr gepflegten Haus, bei dem an alles gedacht wurde. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist mehr als großzügig gestaltet und die Küche verfügt über jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Die Schlafzimmer sind individuell, der große Sonnenbalkon ist herrlich zum Bräunen und nachmittags Kuchen essen. Nicht zuletzt sei hier die unübertreffliche Aussicht erwähnt. Im näheren Umkreis gibt es viele Städtchen zu erkunden mit Burgen und schönen Thermalbädern (z.B. Bad Steben) oder man kann einfach nur Wandern und die Ruhe und gute Luft genießen.
