The apartment is on the ground floor of a wonderful Andalusian style villa that is located in a quiet residential area. There is a cosy living room with corner fireplace, a large open eat-in kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet, as well as 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x with 2 single beds). You can go right out to the large terrace (40 m²) from the living room and the bedrooms. It has a sun area and a covered shady area. There is a wonderful view of the private pool a few stairs below, the well-maintained Mediterranean garden and the blue ocean shimmering in the background - a perfect ambience for beautiful, relaxing holiday days and fun evenings. There are several sun beds for relaxing and enjoyment in the pool area. There is also an original shower house (warm and cold water).

Calahonda is a suburb of Mijas Costa and is located right on the coastal road N-340, only a few kilometres from Marbella. The city has a good infrastructure, there are many restaurants, cafes and pubs as well as several large supermarkets that are within walking distance. The beach is only a few minutes away. There are many sport activities (tennis courts, many golf courses) in the area. The villa has a secured, private driveway and the car can be parked in the carport. This is the ideal starting point for those interested in culture. There are various famous cities like Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba or Ronda that you can visit. Mijas Pueblo, one of the famous 'white villages' of Andalusia, is nearby. Or you can take a day trip to the nearby African continent and dive into the Moroccan atmosphere of Tangier, which can be reached by ferry in 35 min. from Tarifa.

das ist mal urlaub für die sinne!! wir waren vier frauen, die sich einfach nur erholen wollten, was uns auch bestens gelungen ist! das domizil ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet, eine super saubere, stilvoll eingerichtete ferienwohnung mit großer terrasse.drumherum alles grün, und vorallem ruhe!! der pool ist mit der aussendusche das beste stück zum relaxen! wenn man sich hier nicht erholen kann, wo dann? für kinder übrigens auch ein kleines paradies.ein mietauto ist allerdings empfehlenswert. der strand ist nicht weit entfernt, jedoch naturstrand, aber da gibts noch viele schöne strände in der nähe.
ich kanns nur nochmal wiederholen..erholungsfaktor 10!!!
auch die organisation und kommunikation seitens der wohnungsvermittler war einfach super! vielen dank für alles!!
