The apartment is in a villa, right next to a pool in a sub-tropical garden with modern sculptures. You have direct access to the apartment via the pool terrace by walking from the private street. The large, tastefully-furnished living room has a cosy piece couch as well as a dining set. There is also a guest bed here, which is great for relaxing. The open, well-equipped kitchen, as well as the bathroom with shower and modern sink (with 2 basins), WC and bidet are both accessible by going up 2 steps from the living room. There is a large double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) in the adjacent bedroom. There are sun beds with cushions, umbrella and a terrace table with chairs on the pool terrace. On cool winter days, you can heat up in a separate garden sauna house and then jump in the pool to cool off. Thus, year-round swimming is possible, pool temperatures are about 15°C in Jan./Feb., 30°C in July.

The villa is located on the eastern edge of Marbella in a quiet residential area w/ ocean view. There are many places to shop (even German bread and natural food), cafes and restaurants. You can reach the most beautiful beach in Marbella in 15 min. by foot via a trail. Here you will find romantic beach restaurants, bask in the sun or enjoy the flood of the Mediterranean. You can experience the jet set of Marbella during a stroll through the historic Old Town, where you can enjoy a classy dinner in one of the many restaurants. Rub elbows with high society in the famous Puerto Banus harbour with its swank cars and great yachts. For those interested in culture, there are interesting trips to the cities Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba or Ronda. You can also visit Gibraltar or Tangier (Morocco). There are wonderful hiking tours on La Concha, the impressive landmark mountain of Marbella(1215 m), and in nearby nature reserves.

Wir verbrachten Anfang Oktober 8 erholsame Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und waren trotz der schon recht aussagekräftigen Fotos von der Geräumigkeit und dem geschmackvollen Interieur der Wohnung beeindruckt. Der Garten ist einfach wunderschön und es war toll, endlich mal in Spanien ohne Parkprobleme unterwegs sein zu können. Verliebt haben wir uns in die Katzen Oskar und Luca, die regelmäßig zu einer Schmuseeinheit vorbeikamen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe zahlreich, Tagesausflüge nach Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Jerez und Sevilla standen auf unserem Plan und waren von der Distanz her gut möglich.
Ein herzlicher Dank gilt der "Verwalterin", die uns im Vorfeld in Deutschland gut und sehr zuverlässig betreute sowie die Wohnungsübergabe am An- und Abreisetag völlig problemlos gestaltete. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir ein sehr gutes Verhältnis, haben von ihnen einen interessanten Einblick in verschiedene Aspekte des spanischen Auswandereralltagslebens erhalten und auch gute Reise- und Restauranttipps bekommen.
Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sie ist einfach ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Andalusien zu erobern.

ausgesprochen gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir waren als Paar im September 09 zu Gast in diesem tollem Domizil. Dass die Wohnung sehr schön und geschmackvoll ist, kann man im Internet schon sehen. Sie hat unsere Erwartungen jedoch noch wesentlich übertroffen. Besonders toll ist, dass man den Pool nicht mit anderen Gästen teilen muss. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ein ganz besonderes Highlight. Die sehr netten Vermieter haben dafür gesorgt, dass die wichtigsten Dinge, die man im Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung braucht, da sind. Vor Ort sind u.a. Öl,Essig, Gewürze, Folien, reichlich Geschirr sowie Spülmittel usw. Ausserdem stehen ausreichend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bügelbrett, Fön, Toilettenpapier und viele Dinge mehr welche den Aufenthalt einfach angenehm machen, zu Verfügung. Ein besonderes Dankeschön dafür nochmal an die Vermieter.
Die besonders gute Lage macht es möglich, entweder die Ruhe am Pool oder Strand zu geniesen oder die vielen, mit Auto sehr gut erreichbaren, Sehenswürdigkeiten Andalusiens zu besuchen. Es gibt unwahrscheinlich viele wunderschöne Ziele, welche sehenswert sind. Auch für Genieser gibt es tolle Lokale mit unterschiedlichsten Angeboten und auch Preisniveaus. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in tollem Umfeld, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen ganz sicher mal wieder :-)

Unser Urlaub August 2009 - Einfach nur schön ...!!

Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden als wir den Garten betraten. Die Bilder hier sagen schon viel aus, jedoch ist es noch schöner. Ein geplegtes sauberes Rundumpaket. Sehr großzügig geschnitte Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Elviria ein sehr schöner Ort mit vielen schönen Häusern und ist zentral zu Malaga, Marbella (ca. 12 km) und Puerto Banus wo der Jetset ist. Elviria ist keine Touristenhochburg sondern tolles Ambiente. Zum Strand ca. 5 min mit Auto(auch sehr schön mit Strandbar, Liegen, Restaurant direkt am Strand usw.)

Die Eigentümer: gastfreundlich, nett und sehr sympathisch.Wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt und haben gute Tipps von ihnen erhalten.

Vor Antritt der Reise hatten wir einen sehr netten kontakt mit der Vermietung und fühlten uns durch Sie gut betreut.

Nicht nur unseren Freunden und Bekannten würden wir diese Unterkunft empfehlen, sondern jeder der auf diese Seite geht und einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen will.

Freizeitaktivitäten sind in der Nähe. Jetski, Bananaboat, Bootsverleih, Wasserski usw. in Richtung Marbella links am Funny Beach.

Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege für diese tolle Unterkunft und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen im schönen Marbella bei diesen Vermietern.

Sorry I have to do this in English. We are a Belgian family and are very happy to leave a very positive reaction on this page. Very very nice house, clean , and all facilities present. It is marvellous to take a dive into the swimming pool straight from the living room. I really couldn't think of something negative to say. I can recommand this holiday home to everybody and will certainly do so to my friends and family.
