The house was built in 2004 and furnished in 2008 with elegant taste and high-quality. The home is located just steps away from some of the finest shops and waterfront dining the area has to offer. This villa has approx. 930 square meters of property that is landscaped beautifully. Entering this villa is a passage to your own oasis. The generous pool, approx. 7,00 m x 3,20 m, is electrically heated and has a stunning waterfall. The pool light provides breathtaking views in the evening. On the left side of pool and waterfall is another outdoor area for having a sun bath; there is also the gas grill. 210 square meter under air divides on into: Living room, billiard room, kitchen with counter, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath rooms, double garage, separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
