Our house is in a quiet and well-maintained residential area. There are 2 bedrooms on one floor, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining room next to a modern kitchen for a relaxing self-catering holiday. There is a terrace in the front with a conservatory and a roof terrace. The conservatory doors can be opened wide. The community pool is only a few metres from the house. There are places to shop, pubs and restaurants near the holiday complex.

Nearest Motorway: La Zenia at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.8 Kilometres

Alicante airport is about 50 km away. San Javier/Murcia airport is about 25 km away. There are many recreational activities near the holiday complex. The amusement centre Playa Flamenca is only a few minutes away by foot. Sport lovers have all kinds of possibilities to play their favourite sport, like tennis, horse riding, sailing, fishing, diving and naturally playing golf. There are three very popular golf courses about 5-10 mins. away by car. It is best to go to Torrevieja by car or bus. It is about 4 km to the centre of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is always worth a visit with its shops and harbour promenade. For those who like walking, you can comfortably walk the distance. Always along the ocean.
