Whether after a stressful business trip, a day at the trade fair or being away on a job, there is nothing like peace and quietness and the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday plus a variety of entertainment to switch off. Our holiday home (ready since 2008) is in an ideal location. Nürnberg, Fürth, Schwabach, Stein, Heilsbronn, Ansbach and the Frankonian lakes close by. The holiday home has a private terrace with a garden facing the west. There is also a parking spot or a place in the garage for your car.

The magical so-called ‚Gold minting town’, Schwabach, is approximately 8 minutes away, and the Playmobil Fun Park only 15 km away. You can get to Nürnberg in about 25 minutes by car. Nürnberg has much more to offer than the world famous Christmas market – Nürnberg’s unique and charming old town is a must to see in summer, too. Spoil yourself at the adventure pool in Stein called ‘The Crystal Palm Beach’ (Kristall Palm Beach), where there is a thermal, wellness and sauna centre (approximately 15 minutes by car). You could also cycle through romantic Franconia or hike on the ‘Schusters Rappen’ situated in the beautiful valley of Schwabach (Schwabachtal). Around the area of the scenic Franconian lakes awaits a variety of activities and ideal relaxation possibilities suitable for all age groups (about half an hour away by car). Guests visit the pony stables and field in Raitersaich, where riding is offered for a fee to both amateur and professional riders (distance:8 minutes away)

Schwabachtal specialities from the farmer personal: Regionally grown and/or locally made specialities are available in the local shops in the area. Fruit, vegetables, juices, local spirits (made of fruit), cheese, eggs, pasta, chicken, different meat, sausages, bread and much more… directly from the farmer to your dinner table! For an additional charge we are happy to get in some food from the local market for your first breakfast or evening meal.

The local cuisine: There are lots of local guest houses that offer excellent regional dishes. Moreover, there are Italian and Greek restaurants within a short distance. The Schwabach cuisine also has a large variety of delicious specials.

Golf: There is a magnificent, well-tended 9-hole golf course in Rohr-Nemsdorf (distance: 8 km). They offer an over 70 driving range, partly sheltered areas and 2 large chippings, not to mention 2 putting fields. The golf course owners offer professional golf lessons.

Im Zuge unseres Umzuges ins für uns unbekannte Mittelfranken mussten wir vor Übernahme unserer Wohnung eine Woche Unterschlupf finden.
Diese Ferienwohnung hat ALLE Bedingungen erfüllt!!! Vertrautheit, Unbefangenheit, Ruhe, Sauberkeit, FREUNDLICHKEIT/Flexibilität der Vermieterin,.....könnt hier noch zig weitere Positionen ausführen, ZUSAMMENGEFASST: Einfach SUPER!
Weiter so und ich hoffe, dass andere Mieter es ebenfalls zu schätzen wissen!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, da man die Städte Nürnberg, Fürth, Erlangen, Schwabach, Ansbach und Roth sehr schnell erreicht. Auch die touristischen Attraktionen wie der Funpark Zirndorf (Playmobilland), der Tiergarten Nürnberg, die fränkische Seenplatte, etc. sind kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt und meines Erachtens für Familien mit 4 Personen besonders geeignet!

Eine wunderschöne. geräumige, komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Toller Terassenplatz mit Mittags- und Abendsonne. Wir waren 5 Personen (Kinder) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, haben die Zeit (1.Dez. WE 2008), sehr bei euch genossen.
An der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt.
Falls wir mal wieder in der nähe sind, würde wir gerne wieder bei euch Übernachten.
