Ideal apartment for holidays on the Costa Smeralda, a few steps from the sea in the peaceful bay of Arzachena, ideal for swimming. Diverse coast with flat beaches, but also with a lot of green and bizarre rock formations. Small harbor cities with excursion possibilities to the island archipelago Maddalena and to Corsica. A few kilometers from the cities famous for artists, politicians and others.

Directly on the azure-blue sea in the peaceful district of 'Laconia', only 2 km from the cozy city of Cannigione with a harbour, shops and different restaurants, cafes and bars. Palua and the Capo d'orso with its interesting rock formations, the Golfo arancio and a lot of beautiful cities on the Costa Smeralda are worth seeing. Countless excursions around and on the sea (island archipelago of Maddalena, Corsica), but the back-country is also recommendable.
