Photos and Description of this Altea holiday house 2 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with separate dining room. Patio, 4-5

Romantic house in a typical Spanish style. On the edge of the mountain chain 'Bernia'. Completely peaceful location without through-traffic noise in an alley. On the top floor on the level of the parking space for 2 cars you will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a tub, kitchen, salon with separate dining room and the large patio. On the lower floor you will find the 2nd bedroom and the other bathroom with the shower, it can be reached internally and externally through a staircase. On this level you will find the private swimming pool as well, the lawn and a part of the garden with an outdoor BBQ area. This level is mostly protected from view and wind through the old trees. An outdoor shower (cold) is a good supplement to the furnishing. In about 2 km, you will find the village of Altea La vella with shopping facilities, pharmacy, bank, grocery stores and a few restaurants. A rental car is recommended for this purpose.

Altea is on the Costa Blanca - a place pampered by the weather. A coast with diverse beaches. Altea has only fine pebble beaches. As a result we are protected from mass tourism. Here you will only find a few high-class hotels. Beautiful sand beaches are located about 5 km away, along with the tourism center CALPE and the nearby BENIDORM. But usually, you will be happy to go back to your tranquillity at night. Behind our house you will see the 1100m high Bernia mountain chain, which is responsible for our stunning weather. In addition to protection, it offers beautiful hiking paths and old remains of the Moorish times. The back-country of Altea offers bikers and hikers endless options. Culturally, Altea is also home to many artists with a university with the best arts. In the old city, you will find a lot of ateliers and boutiques and fantastic restaurants.

Pferfekte Ferien!!!

Liebe Vermieter,
auch wir möchten es nicht versäumen Ihnen ein großes Lob als Vermieter eines wunderschönen Ferienhauses in Altea, welches keinen unserer Wünsche offengelassen hat, auszusprechen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme hin bis zu unserer Ankunft - mit einer perfekten Wegbeschreibung Ihrerseits - und einem netten Empfang durch Ihre Hausdame war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wir (und da ganz besonders unsere Tochter) haben dort viel Spaß gehabt. Abends lädt dann die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Blick auf die vielen Lichter von Altea zu einem romantischen Abend bei einem Gläschen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. lassen sich alle gut mit dem Auto in wenigen MInuten erreichen (ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall!). Auch die Altstatdt von Altea mit ihren urigen Gässchen, Restaurants und tollem Ausblicken muss man gesehen haben. Alles in allem haben wir in Ihrem Haus einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen können und werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder herkommen!!!

Perfekt fuer familien mit kinder

Vom anfang bis schluss haben wir in diesem haus perfekte ferien gehabt. Wir sind eine familie mit 3 kinderen und alle haben es genossen, die kinder waren stundenlang im pool und wir Aeltern haben es ruhig gehabt und wirklich entspannen koennen. Das haus hat alle was man braucht und der Vermieter hat alles sehr gut vorbereitet. Das haus ist in sehr gutem stand und war beim ankommen schoen sauber. Die lage ist ruhig mit wunderschoener aussicht und am abend wenn die kinder im bett sind kann man es richtig geniesen mit einem glass wein auf der Terasse. Altea hat eine schoene altstadt mit vielen guten Restaurants und es nimmt nich mehr als 40 min nach Alicante mit dem Auto. Man braucht ein Auto zum einkaufen und wenn man Ausfluege machen will. Wir koennen dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Zugegeben,
wir haben uns etwas zeitlichen Abstand gegönnt, bevor wir unsere Bewertung in Worte fassen wollten. Manchmal braucht es einfach etwas Zeit, um Dinge neutraler und objektiver zu bewerten.
Aber mittlerweile sind wir der Auffassung, daß der gewonnene räumliche und zeitliche Abstand unsere äußerst positive Bewertung in keinster Weise negativ beeinflußt hat; im Gegenteil. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen:

JEDERZEIT würden wir dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen!

Es ist der Ort für Urlauber, die vorrangig Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre, Sauberkeit; sowie vorbildliche Betreuung Wert legen.

Natürlich; nichts ist vollkommen!
Über kleine Detailverbessungen wurde bereits vor Ort mit dem Vermieter gesprochen und wir sind sicher, daß die Anregungen realisiert werden.

Wir wissen zwar noch nicht wann, aber daß wir diese Villa Othello noch einmal geniessen werden, ist sicher!

"Haben oder Sein" - Ein Ort zum sein !

Ist es die Ruhe in grüner Umgebung, die Aussicht von der Terrasse oder Esszimmer aufs Meer, Berg-Hügelkette oder entfernte Städtebeleuchtung am Abend, oder auch die schlichte aber geschmackvoll-gepflegte Inneneinrichtungen - einfach wunderbar. Ein stimmungsvolles Haus! Die Erwartungen waren übertroffen in allen Bereiche. Zuhause oder auswärts essen gehen, Freizeitmöglichkeiten alles ganz nah - aber ein Auto braucht es schon! Einzig das Aprilwetter machte was es wollte - kann aber dem Vermieter nicht angelastet werden! Romantikurlaubsort pur - ideal für Paaren oder eine 4 - 5 kopfige Familie! Wirklich, ein Ort zum Sein!
