Traumhaftes Haus, aber nicht viel drum herum!

Wir haben im Juli ein Woche in der o.g. Anlage verbracht.
Das Haus war ohne jede Einschränkung supertoll. Alles neu und schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Leider gibt es ansonsten nicht viel drum herum. Wir haben z.B. ein Restaurant auf dem Gelände oder in zu Fuss zu erreichenden Entfernungen vermisst. Es gibt keinen Kinderspielplatz und die Bademöglichkeit ist nicht wirklich toll. Ein schöner Sandstrand war erst in ca. 3km Entfernung. Schöne Wanderwege um den See gibt es leider auch nicht, da viele Privatgrundstücke direkt am See liegen, so das es z.B. nicht möglich ist mal um den See zu wandern oder Fahrrad zu fahren. Nach wenigen Metern findet man sich entweder auf der öffentlichen Strasse oder in einem Wohngebiet wieder, von wo aus das Wasser nur zu erahnen ist. Wir sind der Ansicht, das sich die Anlage unbedingt für Urlauber eignet, die die totale Ruhe suchen, bzw. von Ihrem Ferienhaus aus schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen möchten. Unsere Kinder (15, 14 und 8) fanden es leider eher langweilig, da außer spazieren gehen oder ein bißchen Fahrrad fahren in der Anlage nichts los war. Die avisierten Möglichkeiten zum Inliner fahren haben wir ebenfalls vermisst, da die meisten Wege kurz nach der Anlage in normale Waldwege übergingen, bzw. in die normalen Verkehrsstrassen einmünden. Ein paar Kinden sind ein wenig in der Lage rumgefahren, für Leute die längere Strecken fahren möchten ist es nicht geeignet.
Wir hatten allerdings auch wenig Lust in dieser einen Woche permanent mit dem Auto irgendwo hinzufahren. Wenn man in den Bereichen Gastronomie und Unterhaltung noch etwas nachbessert hat diese Anlage ohne Frage großes Potential.
Es hat uns so weit ganz gut gefallen, aber wir würden es in der jetzigen familiären Situation nicht wieder buchen.
Für eine Woche war es in Ordnung, zwei hätten wir nicht machen wollen.
