Villa Minerva is one of the most spacious estates that can be rented in Cape Coral. At 2002 it was built on 1000 sqm plot with view to a very spread canal. The Villa Minerva offers: - 2 individual suites with their own bathrooms - 210 sqm living space and 160 sqm pool deck - electrically heated pool of 8.40 x 4,30 m with whirl pool - motor boat of 23ft length for up to 6 people The interior is of very high quality as for example designer furniturefabrics, paintings of well-known artists, , luxurious fans and lamps. It goes without saying that there is a telephone, a fax machine and even a computer. Going through the garden you will reach the dock with boat lift where a 26 feet (7.97 m) motor boat, Rinker Captiva 246, model 2009, is waiting for you. The motor boat has 300 hp and allows access for 8 people. It brings you to the most beautiful beaches and islands as for example Sanibel or Captiva Island.

Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
