The house is in a quiet area with private holiday houses and was built in 2003. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Therefore, little traffic - even during the peak season. The house is 80 m² on 2 floors with polished marble floors. The property is large and has various plants. The house has a large terrace with pergola. An outdoor shower and grill are provided. The terrace has garden furniture. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower/WC. The largest bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 extra beds as well as a baby bed that can be assembled upon request. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. Bed linens included. The bathroom has hand towels (beach towels are not provided). Washing machine and iron are available. There is a large eat-in kitchen on the main floor. There is a cooker & dishwasher.

The house is in a quiet area with private holiday houses, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos - Kastraki. It is about 70 m from the entry gate to the beach. There is a wonderful view here where you can see, among other things, the neighbouring island Paros. The location is at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore, little traffic - even during the peak season. The beach below the house is quiet and has plenty of space, even during peak season. The fine sand beach is great for families with children. There are also several good pubs within walking distance from the house. During peak season there are some mini-markets open nearby. There are also 2 supermarkets in Mikri Vigla, about 3 km away. Beaches in the area are great for windsurfing and kiting
