Slightly above the small coastal village of Marina di Camerota, lies this completely renovated 2-family house in a quiet sunny slope. Villa Karillos, on the upper floor of the house offers through the large windows and balcony doors, a bright and sunny ambiance. 120 m² living room brand new and modern styled offers a lot of space for 6 people. The centrepiece of Villa Karillos is the great sea view terrace, over the entire length of the house, which offers a magnificent view over the village and the sea. In front of the house is a small fenced garden with outdoor kitchen and parking. This accommodation is an ideal place to relax and to enjoy a wonderful holiday at the seaside. The various beaches of the small seaside village of Marina di Camerota are just a few minutes drive away, choosing between small coves, long sandy beaches and pebble beaches. The bottom half of the two-family house has a completely separated entrance and outside area.
