The house has been refurbished completely and is located in a beautiful secured residential complex. Beach equipment and bicycles will be provided. In the park area you will find our new large and heated swimming pool. You can access the beach via a footpath or with your bicycles. There are two garages with release buzzers as well as a tennis court which can be used free of charge close-by (500m). The house is located peacefully in a nature-reserve and close to Bowmans Beach, one of the world's most beautiful shell beaches.

Welcome to Florida! Sanibel Island is famous for its white sandy beaches which have the largest habitat of mussels in the US. In the J.N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge visitors can observe Florida's diverse flora and fauna. No house on the island must be higher than the palm trees. Our beautiful, completely refurbished villa is located at Bowmans Beach, close to the National Wildlife Park. There are plenty of shopping facilities close-by, e.g. Outlet Centers. Restaurants, cinemas, fitness and shopping centres, museums and a marina are also in the area. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
