Trips and Activities::
You can do km-long bicycle-tours along the irrigation canals or you can play on our innumerable tennis courts or, in the vicinity of only 20 km, on our 5 evergreen 18-holes golf courses. We like to book star times for you.
For summer and the children we have different water parks in Torrevieja and Quesada, Go Card tracks 'immediately around the corner' or the theme park Terra Mitica of Benidorm. Also Delfinarium combines with gigantic water park invites in Benidorm. Elche is known for its palm park and also has a safari park nearby.
In Torrevieja we have a diving school and a private marina, as well in Cabo Roig.
Healthy Climate and Therapy::
The southern Costa Blanca is known as Europe's Florida. With its 320 sun days per year, we have up to +18 degrees of day temperatures in the deepest winter and you can enjoy breakfast and lunches in the garden. The south situation of the house guarantees sun from the morning until the evening.
Our saline lakes are known for their healing effect.
Sodium chloride baths and packets are suitable for the treatment of following illnesses:
Catarrhs of the upper air routes, bronchial asthma, emphysema bronchitis, chronic-phlogistic, rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis, muscle problems, sciatica allergies and other neuralgias, injury consequences among others.
These saline are at most one meter deep and are framed by an approximately 20 kilometres long coast, therefore they are easily attainable from several sides.
Feasts and Fiestas::
In directly environment one has innumerable restaurants of all nationalities that invite to feast.
Highlights are the many Tapas, small mouthfuls, that one gets in inexpensive Spanish bars to every day and night time, but also the many fresh fish courts or also lamb or Paellas.
For children, however, there also pizzas, French fries or pasta dishes. A wine or beer to the meal or Sangria rounds off a restaurant visit.
In a distance of approximately 400 m there are restaurants, partially with Karaoke, sufficiently to pubs with and without music.
In our China restaurants one can order a whole menu incl. one drink from 4,50 Euros. For the revelers we have night bars in immediate proximity and dicos in Torrevieja. Here we recommend rent a taxi.
Ski:
Despite ours up to + 18 degrees of day - and on average + 7 degrees of night temperatures in the winter you can have winter enjoyment in approximately a 4to 4,5 hours drive by car.
In the Sierra Newada there are ski lifts, downhill race, simple toboggan runs for children and a lot of restaurants.
In a distance of approximately 30 km one can enjoy a sunbath at the beach.
Golf:
A golfer paradise is here. In the direct surroundings of 2 - 6 km there are 3 18-holes golf courses, in a distance of approximately 20 km we have 2 further courses.
The best known is 'Villamartin' where even international golf tournaments take place.
For beginners one can also book a golf teacher for children as well as for adults.
