The charming independent villa, 1,5 km from the sea, is located in a hilly area, in a beatiful 1.000 qm mediterranean garden with old trees and plants. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining and living room with an open fireplace and an nice equiped kitchen. The villa was totally renovated in 2008, all doors and windows replaced, the floor got new tiles, a brandnew kitchen installed. Additionally all rooms got new Sardinian wood furniture and elegant accessoirs. Big windows with a spectaculous view to the sea will create a bright and friendly atmosphere and a sunny terrace can be reached directly from the dining place. Totally the villa has 3 terraces offering sunny and shady places even under nice huge pine trees. The garden furniture invites to relax and an outside shower is also available. The house entertainment contains CD player and SAT TV.

Rena Majore, a charming little village in the north of Sardinia about 8 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, is situated in a hilly area and offering an incredible view to the beautiful nearby beaches and Corsica across the other side of the Straigt of Bonifacio. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket are located on the central nice 'piazza'. The beautiful beaches are only 1 km away.

Wir (3 Erw. und 2 Ki.) erlebten 3 wunderschöne Wochen in einem sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Villa Bella Vista macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Sie liegt herrlich mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Sonnenuntergänge die man von der Terrasse aus sieht sind wunderschön.
Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Man ist schnell am schönen Strand von Rena Majore und auch ins nette Städtle S. Teresa ist es nicht weit. Ein Auto braucht man aber auf jeden Fall.
Wir werden sicher Wiederkommen.

Ein Traumhaus mit super Blick und toller Lage

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Villa Bella Vista und waren total begeistert.
Die Lage und der Blick sind einfach traumhaft. Man kann jeden Abend den tollen Sonnenuntergang vom sardischen Esstisch beobachten und wird auch sonst immer mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer verwöhnt.
Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind perfekt - es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung in diesem Inserat hohe Erwartungen, die bei der Ankunft sogar deutlich übertroffen wurden.
Auch wurden wir besonders herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben gleich hervorragende Tipps erhalten. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle!!!
Der Ort Rena Majore bietet mehrere tolle Strände. Auch die Pizzeria und Gelataria sind empfehlenswert. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Santa Teresa Gallura, welches etwas mehr Infrastruktur (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt etc.) bietet. Rena Majore liegt strategisch sehr gut, wenn man den Norden Sardiniens und insbesondere die Gallura kennenlernen möchte. Ein Auto ist natürlich dabei notwendig.
Bella Vista ist also uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
