Nice one bedroom apartment (45 sqm) located in Siviez in the heart of the famous skiing area '4 Vallées'. Siviez is the center of the Quarte Vallee. In short walking distance (200m) you have three lifts bringing you to either Nendaz, Verbier/Mont Fort or Vesonnaz/Thyon 2000. You can ski directly to the house. The apartment is in the third floor (elevator). Internal description: entrance with wardrobe, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath(c/w shower mixer), toilet and basin, open Kitchen with oven, electric stove / dish washer, living/dining area with dining table, large sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, TV, south facing balcony accessible from living room and bedroom. You can look your skis in a ski room. It is ideal for 4 persons or families

Siviez also called Super-Nendaz is in the center of the 4 Vallées at 1.735m. The small village belongs to Haute-Nendaz. In Siviez there are a few restaurants, a sport and a grocery store and 2 ski schools. You can buy the ski pass direktly at the lift. In the sommer it is a quite and recreative spot with an impressing nature. From here you can start small or challenging hiking and trekking tours or you visit the beautiful Rhone valley.

Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand.
Es hat uns Nichts gefehlt. Für 4 Personen ist genügend Platz.
Die Wohnung war im Januar angenehm warm.
Die Beschreibung in der Präsentation ist zutreffend. Die Lage im Skigebiet ist ideal. Überall in Siviez haben Sie kurze Wege zu Versorgungseinrichtungen, Liftstationen, Restaurants.
Die Anfahrt nach Siviez wird ständig schneefrei gehalten. Es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Mit der Beschreibung vom Vermieter ist die Anfahrt auch ohne "Navi" leicht zu finden.
