The Art Nouveau Villa from the turn of the century is in a park-like garden at the entrance of St. Maxime on a hill that has a few villas it. There is a fantastic view of the ocean and St. Tropez. Despite the quiet area away from all the traffic noise, you can still reach the St. Maxime market place by foot (about 900 m). The apartment is 120 m². The spacious 55 m² living/dining room opens out to the ocean and garden via metre-wide sliding doors. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is next to the large dining table. The television in the living room gets German reception. The master bedroom has a bathroom with jacuzzi technology and separate shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom w/ shower. There is a large terrace on both sides of the apartment that are furnished with high-quality garden furniture and is surrounded by a 600 m² fenced-in garden. Access is through a code-secured gate.

St. Maxime is one of the most splendid swimming areas on the French Mediterranean. The villa is about a km from the market place and the Old Town with their pleasant shops and beautiful restaurants. St. Tropez, with its wonderful marina, fantastic Old Town, the most beautiful market place in the south of France and its classy hype, is only a few minutes away by car. During peak season, if the streets are very full, is also fun to catch the regular boat connection between St. Maxime and St. Tropez. The ocean is about 5 min from the villa via a trail, the nearest large sand beaches are about 1.5 km away. The Beauvallon golf course is just a few minutes away. It is one of the most beautiful courses in the south of France. The St. Maxime golf course is also just minutes away.
