The property is sitting on a Gulf Access Canal (no dock) with a nice water view and privacy. Enjoy the quality in this awesome 2003 home with 1,599 square feet of living area. Great tiles nearly everywhere. Fully equipped with A/C, 3 TV sets (Cable), DVD, stereo, phone (local), fax, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, microwave, BBQ grill, towels, linens, etc. CANDY is not only like new (furniture Nov. 2005) and in many respects above average - it has an outstanding pool area (new Jan 2006) as well. das Haus und alle Angaben entsprachen und übertrafen zum Teil den Angaben auf der Website. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Außenanlage. Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, wie es halt im Urlaub sein soll.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und easy ( american way of live), reibungslose Über bzw. Abgabe ohne irgendwelche versteckte Kosten. Aufgrund dieser positiven Erfahrungen haben wir schon mehrere Objekte vom gleichen Vermieter angemietet.

Schickes Ferienhaus für jedermann !

Dieses Haus kann mit 2 Personen genauso gut wie von einer Familie bewohnt werden. Das Haus ist etwas verspielt aber trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir das Haus in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand angetroffen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war wirklich sehr zufriedenstellen. Zur Begrüßung war sogar der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gegen den ersten Durst gefüllt. Die deutschsprachige Betreuung von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abreisetag war so perfekt, dass wir bereits 6 Monate nach unserer Heimreise erneut ein Haus angemietet haben. Aufgrund unserer positiven Erfahrungen könne wir dem nächsten Urlaub noch entspannter entgegesehen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und leider viel zu kurze Zeit in Cape Coral verbracht, vor allem aber das Haus Candy hat uns ein tolles Zuhause geboten. Wir haben uns jedes mal wenn wir von einem Ausflug kamen, gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen.
Die geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Zimmer, der tolle Pool und auch die wundervolle freundliche Betreuung vor Ort haben diesen Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen gemacht.
