The comfortably furnished finca is embedded in nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Here you can leave everyday stress behind you. The finca is in a secluded location on a 30,000 m² rural property. All amenities like, for example, pool, large garden for playing for big and small, BBQ, multiple terraces (partially covered) for relaxing and cosy get togethers. The finca is located about 8 km from Porreres, it is only 12 km to the city of Manacor. The closest beach (Es Trenc) is about 15 km. The finca is completely equipped for up to 5 people and offers all amenities for daily life (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).

Porreres and area: only 16 km from the most beautiful natural beach on the island, Es Trenc, in the middle of the central Majorcan level of Es Pla, here you will find the city of Porreres. The soft hills with their forests, almond and apricot groves nearby, including the herds of sheep in the lush green grass composes a beautiful landscape that is one of the most bucolic on the island. Far from the newly built main traffic hub on the island, Porreres was able to preserve its rural tranquillity. The very good infrastructure of Porreres shows itself through the fast connections to Palma and the airport in less than 30 minutes. Porreres has a good infrastructure with bus connections, doctors, pharmacies, banks, post office, a large supermarket and many small "mum and dad" shores for everyday needs. In the small alleys you will find many clothing shops.

Das sehr großzügig geschnittene Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll und mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die Sternennächte auf der Terrasse in absoluter Ruhe sehr genossen. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand und es fehlt an nichts. Durch das riesige und abgeschlossene Grundstück, das teilweise sehr schön angelegt, dann auch wieder wunderbar naturbelassen war, fühlte man sich wirklich wie auf dem "platten Land" und die Ruhe wurde nur ab und zu durch Hühner, Ziegen oder Pferde gestört. Wirklich die reinste Idylle! Die Vermittlung und Betreuung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte.
Einziges kleines Manko war der Pool, denn das Wasser war oft sehr trüb und die Pumpe schaffte es nicht, den Schmutz abzusaugen.
Wir haben die Sa Julia aber auch für diesen Sommer wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon sehr auf diese Tage! Nochmals ein liebes Dankeschön an Veronika und Thomas für die kleinen Extras, die vielen Tipps und das Andenken!
Owner's Response: Die Poolanlage wurde überprüft ,festgestellt wurde daß die Filteranlage falsch angeschloßen war und deshalb nicht richtig funktionierte.
