Surrounded by palm trees, you can hear the sound of the sea and relax on the sun loungers in the secluded garden. In the exclusive villa region with a sea view you can enjoy the tranquillity far from the business and anonymity of the apartment complex. You do not only have the apartment on the ground floor just for you, but rather the largest part of the villa as well. After a walk to the restaurants by the beach, you can go to the hotel bar of the 5 star hotel Don Carlos. You can even take care of daily shopping for breakfast, German bread and newspapers on foot (open 24 h!). The entrance to the highway (which you cannot hear) is just 200m from the house and after 10 km you are in Marbella, here you will find the luxury marina of Porto Banus. You can plan your excursion to Alhmabra or to Ronda while grilling on the terrace by the pool.

It is only 500m to the beach, you can take care of your daily purchases on foot (open 24 h!) everything else is very easy to reach through the good connection to the highway (200m). To the large shopping centre of Marbella (La Canada) it is 8 km, here you will find everything. The luxury boutiques of Puerto Banus and Marbella are 10 and 12 km away. A lot of restaurants can also be reached on foot or are within the urbanisation of Marbesa. Excursions to the back country to Ronda or to Granada can be reached through the new highway without any problems. There is night life everywhere - in Puerto Banus you can find the rich and beautiful of the world. It is a 35 minute drive (4 km) to the airport in Malaga.

Selbst im Januar liessen wir uns auf der Terrasse bräunen. Die Golfplätze waren sensationell und zu dieser Zeit noch dazu sehr günstig. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet u. möbliert - man fühlt sich nicht wie in einem anonymen Appartement sondern als Gast bei Freunden zu Hause. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
