This property is being advertised for the first time and is brand new. It’s really absolutely ready, there is no more building work to be done to disturb your relaxation. We have a special introductory price so that you can enjoy our services. There’s a lovely sea-water pool guaranteed chemical-free. This property is at the edge of Costa del Silencio, only approx. 100 m from the sea. At the edge of town there’s not much traffic. It’s a good place for walking and it’s only approx. 10 minutes on foot to the beach. If you look under furnishing you’ll see a detailed description of the studio.

Costa del Silencio is a holiday resort in the sunny south of Tenerife and ideal for holiday-makers who hate the hassle of tourist centres like Las Americas/Los Cristianos. In Costa del Silencio it’s much more tranquil, after all 'Costa del Silencio' means ‘tranquil coast’. This community is fond of tourists and does everything possible to make holiday-makers feel at home in Tenerife. Costa del Silencio is on the southernmost tip of the island and has numerous bars and restaurants as well as a pretty seaside promenade for reaching the neighbouring town of Las Galletas. There’s a harbour there as well as a beach. In Costa del Silencio itself there are lots of places for going down ladders into the sea, so you can really enjoy swimming here. This place is just as good for walking as for light hiking.
