The finca Ses Rotges was built-in 2006 and has a stunningly tranquil location with a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains below the city of Selva. Surrounded by citrus and almond trees, here you can enjoy the typical and relaxing Majorcan holiday. The holiday home is spacious and offers a lot of space on 2 levels. Next to the entrance hall you will find one of the 3 bedrooms with direct access to one of the covered terraces. On the ground floor there is also a shower/bath in order to be able to sit back and be undisturbed. Over a few steps you get to the main living room: everything is light and open with a lot of windows, a separate dining area and the open kitchen. The garden area with terraces, lawn and the pool is complete through different nice garden furniture. On the first floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has a separate terrace (with table + chairs)

Selva is a famous, picturesque city on the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains. On the way from Inca high up into the mountains to the Lluc monastery you will find Selva - and about 2 km outside of this you will find the finca Ses Rotges with an unforgettable view. Selva has an intact, village infrastructure with the church in the centre, small stores, bars and restaurants. An ideal starting point for hikes or also for cyclists that either want to be athletic in the mountains or would "just" like to enjoy while cycling along the mountains. The second largest city on the island is Inca; it can be reached in 10 minutes. The highway to Palma or the coast with its stunning beaches from Pollenca, Alcudia or Muro.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und Abhilfe wurde sofort geschaffen. Nach unserer Meinung gab es nur den Nachteil, dass das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat. Bei Tagestemperaturen von ca. 35 ° haben sich die Räume doch erheblich aufgeheizt. Das Grundstück war super. Es wird aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt.

Unsere Zwillinge und wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.

Eine Anmerkung zum Thema Klimaanlage: aus ökologischer Sicht sind Klimaanlagen häufig "Stromfresser" und der beste Schutz gegen Hitze ist: am Tage Fensterläden zu, erst abends/nachts lüften und ein schattiges Plätzchen irgendwo auf der Finca oder am Pool !!!
