This country house with sea view has an idyllic peaceful countryside environment. Between Calas de Mallorca and Cala Murada and the beaches of those names, above a lovely little wind-protected sandy bay for pure relaxation. This house has central heating, a large living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 4 x 8 m pool and 2 terraces with view of the garden and almond trees. This one-level house is suitable for wheelchairs and also for two families. The holiday resort of Calas de Mallorca stretches from Portocristo Novo southwards as far as Cala Murada. The region is noted for clean, well-constructed roads. There are good buses to Porto Colon, Porto Cristo and Monacor. The bay surrounded by its thickly overgrown cliffs and wind-protected beach is a joy to behold.

It is situated in a tranquil location with a sea view, angling, boat tours, naturism, horse riding, swimming, surfing, tennis, golf, hiking, cycling. The house is child friendly, suitable for wheelchairs, pets by arrangement. It takes approx. 20 minutes by car to get to the large nature beach 'Es Trenc' in the south of the island. It takes 5 to 20 minutes by car to get to 'Cala Murada', Cales de Majorca, Playa de Romantica bays.
