The impressive, elegant stone house attracts with a lot of natural light and with the large and high rooms decorated with light colour tones. The dining and living room with an arched ceiling and large window doors that lead to the pool terrace is stylishly and luxuriously furnished. Plus a kitchen with modern and complete equipment with a breakfast corner. On the ground floor you will find a large double room with a dressing room, en suite bathroom and access to a shaded garden terrace. On the top floor is a place to sleep. A bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 single beds share an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower, ideal for a family. 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds have en suite bathrooms and a view of the pool and garden. The finca has a beautiful garden that is surrounded by a high stone wall. Privacy is guaranteed. The pool (10x5m), sun terraces, pergolas and lawns are ideal for your holiday. There is even a vegetable garden!

The finca is a 2 minute walk from the picturesque village of El Llombard with a handful of bars and a supermarket. The small city of Santanyi is only 3 km away and offers a lively, typical market on Wednesdays and Saturdays where you can buy fruit and vegetables from the local farmers. There are a lot of shops and shopping facilities, restaurants and bars with live music. A 5 minute drive brings you to the fjord-like beaches of Cala Llombard and Cala Santanyi and the famous long beach Es Trenc is just a 10 minute drive away. Only a few km away is the light house. Ses Salines with great views of the uninhabited island of Caprera. It is a 20 minute walk from here to 2 more great, long, nearly Caribbean beaches with beach bars & restaurants. The tourist fortification Cala D'Or can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A visit to the famous marina is a must. Bassa des Castelet is an ideal starting point for all types of excursions.
