Doubtlessly privileged in the heart of Cala D'Or you will find Villa Piscis. Only a 2 minute walk to the city centre and not more than a 5 minute walk to the sand bays of "Cala D'Or" and "Cala Gran". The villa is built in a traditional Ibiza style surrounded by a large private garden with flowers, bushes and an inviting pool (10x5m). On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a tub, another with a shower, the practical kitchen with a service room. The spacious living and dining room, separated by 2 steps, has direct access to the covered terrace and garden and pool area through large window doors. On the top floor you will find the main bedroom with a changing room and en suite bathroom with a tub. A window door gives access to the sun terrace. Here you will find the external entrance to an apartment with 2 single beds, en suite shower room and changing area. All rooms are well-lit and spacious and have ceiling fans.

Villa Piscis is located in the peaceful villa district of Cala d'or, a popular holiday destination on the southeast coast of Majorca. Cala D'Or with its famous marina where you can see a lot of celebrity faces and the 7 wonderful bays with crystal clear water offer all the ingredients that you need for a successful holiday. International bars and restaurants, a pedestrian zone ideal for shopping and supermarkets. In a 5 minute drive you can reach the nature preservation area of Mondrago with the most beautiful beaches and shaded picnic areas in the pine forests directly by the sea. The market cities of Santanyi (market: Wednesdays and Saturdays) and Felanitx (market: Sundays) can be reached in a 10 minute drive. Palma can also be reached in just under an hour - it offers all of the advantages of a capital. The long white beaches of Es Trenc can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Ideal starting point for excursions and at the same time ideal as a holiday destination for non-drivers.
