Finca Julian country house is in a nature reserve on a hill in a very peaceful location. From the house and the terraces there is a fantastic view of the sea. The house has a ground surface of approx. 120 m². On ground floor there is a living room with dining table and upholstered seating, a bedroom with two separate beds and an integrated, fully equipped built-in kitchen. The large terrace is partly covered and has a large dining table, loungers, sunshades and a brick-built grill. The kidney-shaped pool is 4 x 8 m. Easy bus connections to Porto Colon, Porto Cristo and Monacor. To get to the large natural beach 'Es Trenc' in the south of the island takes approx. 20 minutes by car, and to the bays of Cala Murada, Cales de Mallorca, Playa de Romantica it’s 5 to 20 minutes by car.

This finca is in a nature reserve with incredibly lovely walks. Bus connections to Porto Colon, Porto Cristo and Monacor amongst others. It’s approx. 20 minutes by car to the large natural beach 'Es Trenc' in the south of the island and between 5 and 20 minutes by car to the bays of Cala Murada, Calas de Majorca, Playa de Romantica.
