The holiday home is located almost in the middle of Majorca on the edge of the city of Inca. Your finca holiday on the countryside will be spent on the edge of the Tramuntana mountains in a good neighbourhood with cottages and a residential area. The owners of the main house live on the 9000 m² property with a lot of lemon, almond and orange trees. Furthermore, there is a cat and two dogs, but they are kept separate from the holiday home. It is about 350 m to the centre of the city. Here you will find shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes. You will live in the holiday home for 3 people with a pool: the small holiday home, a typical Majorcan stone house, is light and friendly furnished and has a living space of about 45 m². The a/c in the living room and the window blinds provide for a comfortable climate - even with hot temperatures. Thanks to the new highway connection, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Playa del Muro in 20 minutes. Palma is also 24 km away.

Inca is the third largest city on Majorca, centrally located and well-known for its weekly market on Thursday, the leather manufacturers and the traditional cellar bars (Cellers) with typical island cuisine. Majorca finca holiday on the countryside means tranquillity far from mass tourism - here you can enjoy the real Majorcan life. The bay of Alcudia with its 11 km long beach is about 25 km away and can be reached in about 20 minutes thanks to the new highway connection. More destinations in the north include the cities of Alcudia, Puerto de Pollenca and the peninsula Formentor. Those who would like to be active will find horse riding, tennis and golf nearby. A visit to the island capital of Palma with the cathedral, museums and attractive constructions in the old city and the harbour should not be missed.
