Villa Bondia is located in the middle of Calpe neighbourhoods which is considered to have some of the best private locations keeping the same distance from one beach to another. Panoramic views of the Peñon de Ifach. The sea is approximately 1000m from the villa and the main harbour is only 1,2 km away. Two separate living areas are on offer – Ground floor and First floor. Each floor is an independent house with 3 bedrooms for six people. Casa Bondia is therefore ideal for family and friends on holiday together who sometimes require the privacy of exclusive accomodation. Casa Bondia comprises of 6 bedrooms, two living rooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms (2 per floor). In addition, there is a big BBQ terrace together with a sommer kitchen (refrigerator and washingdishmachine included). The private 8m by 4m swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. Next to the swimming pool there is a nice shower and next to the BBQ the is an additional WC. There is secured parking for up to four cars

Wir waren im Oktober für 2 Wochen in der Villa Bondia, die Villa ist Super, der große Pool, die Wohnungen und am allerbesten hat uns die überdachte Außenküche gefallen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und für Gruppen oder 2 Familien bestens geeignet. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Urbanisation, der Supermarkt ist in Sichtweite.

Wir werden gerne unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in der Villa verbringen.

Hervorragende Villa in optimale Lage

Diese Villa ist ganz toll. Danke der sehr ausführlichen Wegbeschreibung von Jose (mit Bilder!) fanden wir leicht dorthin. Alles war sauber und in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Pool und einer schön groß überdachten Fläche zum essen mit Stein-BBQ. Wir wurden sehr nett von Jose betreut. Ein Supermarket ist am Ende der Straße für frische Brötchen jeden morgen. Lidl ist 2 Minuten weiter. Dies ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Gegend. Ein herzlichen Dank an Jose und seiner Frau!

wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in der super Villa Bondia verbracht. Unser Sohn ist 15 und unsere Tochter 12 Jahre alt. An unserem Ankunftstag fanden wir eine blitzsaubere Villa vor und wurden vom Eigentümer sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Eigentümer wohnt in der Nähe und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns die überdachte Aussenküche gefallen die sogar mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist. Wir haben nur die untere Etage gemietet, das Haus bietet allerdings für viel mehr Personen ausreichend Platz. Das Haus liegt an einer ruihgen Strasse. Alle Sachen (aktuelle Zeitungen oder Gebäck) erhält man im Supermarkt der 100 m entfernt ist. Zu den beiden Sandstrände von Calpe fährt man mit ca. 3 Minuten.Das ist sehr praktisch, da dieses Jahr Ostern nicht immer schönes Wetter war, konnte man immer sehr schnell reagieren und bei gut Wetter zum Strand fahren. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Dies war auch für uns ein Beweis, dass nicht immer alles über eine Agentur gebucht werden muss, sondern man auch einfach einmal Vertrauen haben muss.

Very nice and clean villa. The villa is in fine condition. The renter is always nearby so if there is a problem he can solve them. I will certainly recommend this villa to my friends.
