Saubere - gemuetliche - Ferienwohnung

Alle Angaben im Inserat, wie Grösse, Schlafzimmer (grosses Doppelbett), Küche (komplett eingerichtet), Bad (zweckmaessig) und Wohnzimmer (mit TV + Ofen mit Kaminfeuer) haben wir auch so vorgefunden.
Allerdings liegt das Mietobjekt nicht am Meer wie oben angegeben und die Terasse erscheint auf dem Foto etwas breitflaechiger (tasaechlich weniger hell und geraeumig, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend).
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war vorbildlich - aber doch genuegend zurueckhaltend, um dem Mieter den Freiraum nicht zu einzuschraenken.
Wenn auch in der Naehe, ausser einem Baecker, keine Geschaefte und entsprechende Gastronomie vorhanden sind, ist dieses Feriendomizil ohne Einschraenkung weiter empfehlenswert.
Insbesondere als Augangspunkt für Exkursionen (nach WISMAR, SCHWERIN, ROSTOCK, RUEGEN etc...etc..) ist dieses Objekt ideal gelegen.
Insgesamt also eine saubere, gut ausgesattete und preiswerte Ferien- wohnung mit einer kleinen Terasse sowie einem Carport;
insbesondere für 2 Personen (Selbstverpfleger) geignet, die tagsüber unterwegs sind und abends in Ruhe den Tag beenden wollen.

Die Ferienwohnung war super schön und mit allem ausgestattet!
Die Vermieter haben einen sehr freundlich aufgenommen und tolle Tipps für die Freizeitmöglichkeiten gegeben!
Wir haben unter anderem den Tierpark in Wismar besucht,
die Insel Poel, das Ostseebad Rerik und natürlich Wismar erkundet!
Wir werden die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und haben vor, dort selber noch einmal Urlaub zu machen:-)

Immer wieder!!

Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie vorab gelesen. Die Wohnung wirkt in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber + sehr gut betreut. Ich würde es (allen) nur meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es ist etwas weit weg vom Wasser bzw.vom Strand. Aber das wußen wir vorher. Für uns war es zentral gelegen. Wir wollten die Küste erkunden und die Buga in Schwerin erleben. Außerdem wollten wir die Stadt Wismar kennenlernen. Dafür ist es toll. Eigener Stellplatz - wohnen im Grünen. Der Urlaub begann sofort beim Aufstehen. Frühstücken auf der eigenen Terasse. Ca.8 Treppen bis in die Wohnung sind zu überwinde. Jeden Morgen eine kurze Fahrt zum Bäcker bzw. einen Katzensprung in die City (ca.3 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Einfamilienhaus Siedlung - kein Durchgangsverkehr + viel Grün. Besonders empfehlenswert ist: Wonnemar (Sauna + Schwimmen) , Schmetterlingsfarm in Klütz , Theater Wismar , Kino , Insel Poel , Rerig , Kühlungsborn, unbedingt Buga + Schwerin .
Besichtigung Holzverarbeitung mit 13 € etwas zu teuer, Geführte Stadtbesichtigung oder eine Bootsfahrt in Wismar + Zoobesuch in Schwerin haben wir leider nicht mitgemacht.
Ach ja - der Kamin hat uns fast jeden Abend noch erwärmt und es uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Hier macht man nichts falsch.
