Newly built finca on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyi, an idyllic bay with a fine sand beach. The rustic house is located far form the street on about a 5000 m² property that is completely enclosed with natural stone walls. It is a few minutes on foot to the beach of Cala Santanyi. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living/dining room. Next to the large sofas you will find the television with satellite reception, a music system and even a fireplace oven. The large dining table invites you to enjoy food and drink. The kitchen is completely equipped with a cooking range, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and countless small appliances. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with a bathroom. Top floor: 2 more bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and jacuzzi and 1 extra bath. Large covered terrace with view of the pool and the newly built garden with palm trees and old trees.

Cala Santanyi is a small bay with a fine sand beach in the region of Santanyi, in southeast Majorca. The increase in tourism has led to a few beautiful villas being made nearby that currently form the exclusive residential area of Sa Torre Nova. However, the city was protected from the growing mass tourism and thus, its original character has been preserved. During the summer, Cala Santanyi shows its better side; the small shops, restaurants and bars are open and invite you to stroll and have a drink after a relaxing day at the beach. Active holidays can be had as well, for example, there is a well led diving school directly in the bay. Cala Sananyi has charm even during the winter. Even though it may be very fresh during the night, there are many sunny days where you can discover the island on foot, by bike or car and you can get to know the special flair of the "island of tranquillity".

Sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Haus auf großem Grundstück, von der Straße her nicht einsehbar. Sehr ruhige Lage, da keine direkten Nachbarn. Nächster Strand in ca. 30 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen oder per Auto in 3 Min.
Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Im nächsten Ort ( ca. 2-3 km entfernt ) findet man alles was man braucht. Die schönsten Buchten und Strände der Insel sind innerhalb Minuten zu erreichen. Schöne Pool- und Terrassenanlage. Großzügige Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad vorhanden. Viel Platz im Haus. Auch für kleine Kinder zu empfehlen. Das Grundstück ist von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben, so dass Kinder nicht weglaufen können. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung des Hauses gut, es ist alles da was man so benötigt.
