The luxurious Casa Estaño is located in a residential area above the Old Port of Puerto del Carmen. In about 10 minutes you will reach the restaurants around the beautiful harbor area. The terrace is very private and through a lush garden protected against views. The pool can be heated and will await you on arrival at the desired temperature (partly extra charge). High-quality cushions are provided for the garden furniture, also good towels for bathing and swimming pool, a very fine cuisine incl. extensive facilities to round off your stay in this beautiful house. A good stereo system with an extensive selection of music is available. Also available such as solar sails to the covered terrace, which may be used as wind protection as well. This cottage is ideal for those who don't actually want to live in the hurly-burly of a holiday resort, but who appreciate the amenities of the short foot-and taxi-ways as well.

The house is situated above the Old Port in a very quiet, yet central residential area. To get to the water it will take you just a few meters and via a new staircase you are already in less than 10 minutes on foot at the Old Port. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view over the Atlantic to Fuerteventura.

We have stayed at Casa Estano many times and always had an enjoyable holiday.The villa is in a very nice area not far from many good restaurants.The house is well furnished and very attractive.There is also a lovely garden and pool.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat trafen 100% zu! Sauberkeit bis in die letzte
Ecke.Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir werden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.Das schönste ist der
Meerblick. Der Garten ein Traum. Erholung pur. Gute Restaurants sind am Hafen,der in ca. 10min. Fußmarsch zu erreichen ist. Ein sehr schöner Abendspaziergang! Wir werden auch 2010 unseren Urlaub wieder in diesem Haus verbringen.

Luxus-Villa höchsten Niveaus

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten mal in der Casa Estano und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Da der Pool nicht einsehbar ist, kann man ohne Probleme auch nahtlos bräunen.
Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und sollte trotzdem mal was fehlen, wird so schnell wie möglich für Abhilfe gesorgt.
Haben bis jetzt nirgends schöner gewohnt.

Haus ist wunderschön, Lage ist optimal.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was benötigt wird.
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Der belebte Ort Porto del Carmen ist ohne Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dennoch wohnt man in einer sehr ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung am Rande der Stadt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit bis zu 3 Paaren. Die Terrasse mit Pool in einem wunderschön angelegten Garten bietet alles was man zu einem Traumurlaub benötigt. Im letzten Jahr waren wir bereits zum vierten Mal dort. Die Planungen für den nächsten Urlaub in der Casa Estano laufen bereits auf Hochtouren!
