Villa Rosa is 2 streets from the ocean in the villa quarter between Cala D'Or and Cala Egos in a quiet area. A typical whitewashed villa with a round tower and beautiful Bougainvillea plants. A partially covered sun terrace with ocean view is in front of the house and it is perfect as an outdoor eating area. A well-equipped kitchen and the dining room in the round tower are on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads from an entry area upward. At the top of the staircase there is a living room with bar and a small balcony with a beautiful ocean view. On the other side there is a door that leads to a sun terrace with pool view. The spacious main bedroom with en suite bathroom is also in the round tower. There is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and view of the sun terrace. There is also a grill by the pool.

Villa Rosa is located in a quiet villa quarter in Cala D'Or not far from the marina and the suburb Cala Egos. The Caló des Pou sand cove is only 100 m away. The centre of Cala Egos and the marina are 5 min away by foot. An excellent location! Larger beaches and wonderful picnic spots under shady stone pine trees, like those in the nearby nature reserve Mondragó (10 min by car) are easy to reach. The centre of Cala D'Or, ideal for shopping and nightlife, is 5 min away by car or you can walk to it in about 15 minutes through the harbour area. The typical markets in the cities of Santanyi (Wed. + Sat.) and Felanitx (Sun.) are worth a trip and add a visit to the cloister San Salvador, which has a great view on a clear day. Even Palma is only about an hour away by car and it enjoys the amenities of a capital city.

Genau das richtige Haus für unsere Mädels-Runde!!

Die Beschreibung entspricht genau den Tatsachen! Der Strand ist zwar nur eine relativ kleine Bucht, aber sehr schön!
Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ganz ruhig gelegen (unsere Ferienzeit war Anfang Sept.). Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 10 Min. zu erreichen.
Einzig mit kleinen Kindern könnte es etwas anstrengend werden, weil es eine sehr enge, steile Wendeltreppe im Haus und eine sehr steile, enge Treppe ohne Geländer! auf´s Flachdach gibt!
Das perfekteste war allerdings das Frühstücks-Service, welches man extra bestellen kann - es gibt alles nur erdenklich Leckere, sogar Fruchtsalat mit und ohne Joghurt *lecker* und das zu wirklich äußerst günstigen Preisen!
Also, auf nach Cala D´Or in die Villa Rosa - jedenfalls sehr empfehlenswert!
