New penthouse apartment in the centre of Andraxt. The apartment is located in the centre of Andraxt a few minutes on foot from the shops and the Rambla. The apartment is 125 m² plus a 45 m² south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a Spanish and Scandinavian style. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. All rooms have access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and parking space in the underground garage. There are 2 bicycles available. The apartment is equipped with a/c (warm and cold), dishwasher, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player, wireless internet and Weber grill. In the communal garden you will find a large pool and a smaller one for children.

The charming harbour of Andraxt is 5 km away. There you will find nice restaurants and a cosy maritime atmosphere. Nearby you will find multiple small, beautiful beaches, for example Paguera, which is a 10 minute drive from Andraxt. Paguera is lively with a few good restaurants, a nice beach and a promenade. Paguera is very child-friendly and can be discovered with a pram.

Unsere Ferienwoche mit 5 Personen haben wir in dem Apartment sehr genossen. Der Kontak zum Vermieter war problemlos, vor Ort eine zuverlässige Schlüsselübergabe und die Wohung war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Die Gartenanlagen und besonders auch das Schwimmbad waren zu jeder Zeit sauber und gepflegt.
