The luxurious villa is located on a 2000 m² property with a nearly secluded Mediterranean garden in a peaceful urbanisation and is located 200m above sea level. It offers a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain chains of the nearby back country. The garden with a shaded pavilion and cosy corners, and a small table invite you to unwind and offer pure rest and relaxation. A spaciously designed outdoor kitchen allows you to prepare culinary dishes in a familiar atmosphere. The terrace leads directly to the pool *10 x 5 m with Roman steps.

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und waren begeistert.
Das Haus ist das beste dass wir jemals in Spanien bewohnt haben und eine Villa in Spanien ist bekanntlich ja nicht mit einer Villa in Deutschland vergleichbar. Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Wenn man am Abend die Pollbeleuchtung anschaltet, hat man am nächsten Tag natürlich Fliegen u.s.w. auf der Wasseroberfläche, welche man mit dem Netz aber schnell selbst beseitigen kann.
Die Verwaltung war jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen und sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub. Das einzige was uns störte waren die langen Wege zum Einkaufen und zum Bäcker, aber dafür hat man ja ein Auto. Insgesamt muß ich sagen, dass ich dieses Haus mit Sicherheit wieder einmal besuchen werde und kann es somit auch gut weiter empfehlen kann zu diesem Preis.

Luxuriöse Villa mit Abstrichen

Der Garten des Hauses ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe angelegt worden, leider mangelt es an der Pflege.
Die Lage/Ausstattung des Hauses ist korrekt beschrieben worden.
Unserer Meinung nach gehört zu einer Luxusvilla dennoch ein Geschirrspüler und keine Plastikstühle im Außenbereich ohne Auflagen! Ebenso ist ein gepflegter, klarer Pool ein Muß. All dies traf für o.g. Objekt leider nicht zu! Wir waren vom hygienischen Zustand des Hauses und vor allem der sanitären Anlagen entsetzt! Der Urlaub begann für uns mit einer gründlichen Reinigung um die Reste unserer Vormieter zu beseitigen. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt!
Ein weiters Manko war, dass viele Kleidungsstücke der Besitzer noch in den Schränken des Hauses verteilt waren und vor sich hin rochen. Wir kennen es so, dass persönliche Gegenstände/Kleidung der Besitzer seperat aufbewahrt wird, damit sich die Mieter, zumindest für die gebuchte Zeit, dort breit machen können und auch wohlfühlen.

Der dichteste Strand "Platja Las Deveses" war unserer Meinung im August der schönste, da er nicht überfüllt war.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön aber wegen der o.g. Punkte würden wir dieses Objekt im Freundeskreis nicht weiterempfehlen. Beim nächsten Urlaub werden wir uns an einen professionelleren Anbieter wenden.
