A modern living room with an open fireplace and dining corner, a completely equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom and shower/bath offer a comfortable atmosphere. SAT-TV, radio/cd play, dishwasher and washing machine, electric heating are included. Towels and bedsheets are provided. A small terrace to the house garden and a large roof terrace guarantee holiday pleasure in sunny Majorca. Pool usage and free tennis courts possible in the neighbouring object. The popular 10 km long natural beach "es Trenc" is only 3 km away.

The urbanisation "el Paraiso" - Sa Vinola is located near Sa Rapita on the southern coast of the island. This is where the famous natural beach "es Trenc" begins, it is 10 km long and guarantees pure swimming pleasure up to the city of Colonia St. Jordi with dune beaches and turquoise coloured water. It is only about 40 km to the capital of Palma. Arenal and Playa de Palma can be reached in about 30 minutes through the stunning coastal street. The cities nearby and the inner island offer interesting daily farmer's, flea and art markets. In the neighbouring city of Campos you can rent a bicycle. Nearby you will also find a stable and on the edge of the city of Sa Rapita the yacht club "Club Nautico". The variety of beautiful bays on the east coast can be reached easily from Sa Rapita.
