Welcome to Julseryd in the beautiful, green Nordsmaland! Have a great, stunning holiday on the farm! Our newly renovated holiday home (90 m²) is totally separate from our beautiful, large farmstead. Smaller lakes are 5 km from the house, the large lakes Sommen and Vättern 14 and 40 km. Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a fresh Smaland cheesecake and every week we offer our guests an exciting moose safari! The stunning surroundings provides wonderful excursions, boat rides, steam boat rides and for a visit to the island of Visingö in the middle of the Vätternsee. In Tranas you can go shopping and Jönköping and Eksjö are not far away. Children love the free life by us and particularly our animals. We have a dairy farm with a lot of nice looking cows. From Julseryd, you can go on many exciting excursions: to the candy cane city of Gränna, but also to Bullerbü, Katthult, Lönneberga and Vimmerby

Located between Vättern and Sommensee, you can go on the best excursions starting from our cosy, newly renovated holiday home on the farm: visit the candy cane city Gränne, go on a ship on the Vättnersee (40 km) to the charming island of Visings, you can also ride cosily to Bullerbü, Katthult, Lönneberga and experience Astrid Lindgrend world in Vimmerby! You can go on steam boat rides on the Vättern and Sommen lakes, you can also go fishing and boating on the small lakes nearby. Or how about hiking or a round of golf? And to the beautiful city of Loftahammar on the sea (Baltic Sea) it is only 155 km. The wonderful monastery of the Swedish saints, the hilly Birgitta in Vadstena (70 km), is absolutely worth a visit! Just like the historical old city of Eksjö (45 km) and the larger, lively Jönköping (70 km), where you will find one of the largest shopping centres in Sweden (it is called A 6), including IKEA.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt eingerichtet. Alles ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Das Saunahäuschen mit dem Holzofen ist ein Erlebnis und wurde von uns und den Kindern fast jeden Tag genutzt. Was das Anwesen aber ausmacht sind seine Vermieter Curth und Maritha, ein liebevolles, warmherziges und verständnisvolles Pärchen mit denen wir den einen oder anderen Abend in geselliger Runde und viel Spaß verbracht haben. Der Willkommenskäsekuchen mit frischen Erdbeeren und Himbeersauce ist ein Gedicht, und das extra hergerichtete Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett und Einzelbett damit unsere Kinder zusammen in einem Zimmer schlafen konnten, sind nur zwei Beispiele für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
